Written to explain plainly, under Turkey's KVKK Law No. 6698 and the EU GDPR, how your personal data is collected, processed and protected.
Data controller
The data controller is Merve Kansu (Göreme / Nevşehir, Türkiye). Data collected under this notice is processed only for the purposes listed below, on the legal bases listed below. Any request may be sent to the contact address at the bottom of this page.
Data we collect
The quote request form captures your name, email, phone, which channel to contact you on first (email or WhatsApp), preferred date or period, package/shoot preference and your message. There is no online payment and no card data is collected; fees and terms are settled only after a personalised quote and mutual agreement. The contact form and newsletter process the email (and any message) you provide. If you have given cookie consent, visit statistics are measured in aggregate via Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager; without consent this measurement does not run.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to assess your request and provide the service (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), on explicit consent for marketing messages and optional cookies, and on legitimate interest for service quality and security. Your data is not sold; it is not shared with advertising or marketing third parties without your consent.
Transfers and processors
Request and contact data are kept first-party on our own server. Transactional emails (request notifications and receipt confirmations) are sent over our own email infrastructure, encrypted in transit via TLS. If cookie consent is given, visit statistics are shared with Google (Analytics 4 / Ads); no other marketing or sales third-party transfer takes place. Cross-border transfers (Google) fall under current data-protection frameworks.
Retention
Request and contact records are retained for as long as needed to run the related operation and to meet any legal or commercial obligations. Your records are deleted on request. Consent to marketing messages can be withdrawn at any moment.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15–22 you may access, correct, erase, object to processing, or request portability of your data. Submit a request to the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
Request verification
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the quote form against automated abuse. Connection, browser and device information may be processed by Cloudflare during this check. Your request is forwarded to our team after you press “Confirm” on the page linked in your email. The link is valid for 48 hours; unconfirmed requests are deleted seven days after creation.
