About this experience

Who is this for?

For guests who want a special series with horses in Cappadocia. At the horse farm, with camera and drone in the warm light of golden hour, we build scenes with the horses to capture both movement and texture.

Location

The shoot takes place only within the horse farm. Close frames with the horses, wide farm views and aerial angles from the drone come together into an atmospheric series.

This package is a starting point. We shape the length, the locations and the number of frames around you, so you get exactly the images you want, delivered with care. Message us for a tailored quote.

What to expect

A short chat to walk through the package, flexible dates and the location flow that suits you.

2 · We plan the day together

We pick the best day and time together, based on weather and light.

3 · Shoot day

We pick you up from your hotel 20 minutes before the shoot and move through the locations at a relaxed pace.

4 · Delivery

We share every photograph taken during the shoot as unedited JPEG on the day of the shoot or by the evening of the next day. You choose the 10 photographs to be edited; edited photographs are delivered no later than one month after the date you tell us your selection (sooner when workload allows). The Reels is delivered no later than one month after the shoot date. RAW files are normally not delivered, but can be if this is discussed and agreed before the shoot.

Meeting point

We meet in central Göreme on shoot morning and travel to the location together. Hotel pickup is available on request.

Cancellation policy

A reservation is confirmed with a deposit, which reserves the date and time of your shoot. If you cancel of your own accord, the deposit is not refunded. For balloon cancellations: if the cancellation is known the day before and the shoot has not started, the date can be changed free of charge, and if no common date is found the payment, deposit included, is refunded in full. If the balloons are cancelled on the morning of the shoot after we have arrived ready, there is no right to free cancellation or postponement; the shoot can continue, and postponing to another day requires an additional fee.

Will weather affect the shoot?

For balloon shoots, strong wind can keep the balloons grounded; that does not necessarily cancel the shoot, and we can continue without balloons. If the cancellation is known the day before and the shoot has not started, the date can be changed free of charge, subject to availability; the details are in the cancellation policy.
What should I wear?

Flowing fabrics and pastel or earth tones photograph best in Cappadocia light. Before the shoot we talk through the outfit and location flow that suit you.
Is hotel pickup included?

We pick you up from your hotel by car, 20 minutes before the shoot.
How can I pay?

We take a deposit when a reservation is confirmed; the amount is not fixed and is agreed together. The quote is always tailored to the scope of your shoot, and we settle the payment method and timing together when preparing it.
When do I get my photos?

Every photograph taken during the shoot is shared with you as unedited JPEG, on the day of the shoot if possible, otherwise by the evening of the next day. You choose the photographs to be edited; edited photographs are delivered no later than one month after the date you tell us your selection (sooner when workload allows). Videos are delivered no later than one month after the shoot date. For photographs, the standard delivery format is JPEG; RAW files are normally not delivered, but can be if this is discussed and agreed before the shoot.
